Overview
Just a short drive from The Haven, Uganda Reptile Village is a
conservation and education centre dedicated to the country's
fascinating reptiles. Home to Nile crocodiles, pythons, cobras,
vipers, tortoises, and monitor lizards, it's a hit with visitors
of all ages.
The centre plays an important role in rescuing reptiles from the
illegal pet trade and human-wildlife conflict situations,
providing them with a safe home while educating visitors about
these often-misunderstood creatures.
